Privacy Policy
When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on our mailing list). We do not share your private information with anyone.
Shipping Policy
Before we ship your order, we process your order, and verify your credit card information. If we cannot process your order we will contact you. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by issuing bank. The receipt of your order depends upon the shipping method you choose during the order process. We offer a variety of shipping services from Standard Ground Shipping to Next Day Air. All shipments of orders received on weekends go out starting on Monday, including priority shipments. Most local orders will ship via our own truck delivery within a 20 mile radius of the store. Actual shipping times vary by your location, product and ship method. Normal delivery times pertain to UPS or USPS normal delivery service. If the item you order is out of stock we will email you with an update on the status of your order. Order tracking information will be e-mailed once product is shipped. No international shipping at this time. We are only shipping to 48 states in the Continental US. UPS or USPS are liable for damage or loss in transit. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier who handled the delivery of your shipment
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange the merchandise in it’s original condition with packaging all tags attached to Hunterdon Ski and Snowboard via a insured, track able shipping service or our retail store within 14 days from the receipt of your order. Send all returns to: Hunterdon Ski and Snowboard Returns, 1160 Highway 22 West, Lebanon, NJ 08833. We are unable to credit you for shipping charges. Please contact customer service at 908-437-0300 or returns@hunterdonski.com to have a copy of return/exchange form sent to you.
